Our work ranges from large scale urban planning on one hand, to the design of buildings’ internal space on the other hand.

 

The process of our master planning involves and combines both urban planning and the proper architectural detailing. 

 

We handle urban master plans, as well as detailed programs for large districts of up to 5,000 residential units. As part of our work, we provide detailed layout plans, with a special emphasis on execution feasibility.

 

The design process, and the production of the plans, is characterized by the use of a clear, unique architectural language. We establish specific planning principles for each and every project, and apply three-dimensional aspects to any of our design solutions. We take meticulous care for the street’s unique characteristics, and for the structures, which form the street or park’s boundaries and borders. Attention is given to the use of pedestrian routes, and to defining green areas and incorporating them into the urban texture.

 

As far as architecture, our office emphasizes comprehensive, all-inclusive planning, from the program and general functional level, to the architectural and detailed internal design of each building.

 

Our work and line feature constant striving for creativity and innovation, with meticulous attention to detail, including, among other things, the developing of unique building details, which greatly contribute to the overall concept of each creation.  

 

The office has planned public buildings, schools, cultural, commercial and sports centers, as well as residential housing of varying densities (from multi-story towers to private ground level residences).

 

Our office specializes in planning high-rises (16 to 40 stories high) as part of various projects. Planning such towers includes detailed solutions for every system and infrastructure, such as underground parking areas etc.

 

The office staff includes architects, practical engineers and urban planners, who together handle each project throughout every planning level and phase, and ensure high professional and service standards each step of the way.
